What you need to know

Capacity of Meeting Room 1 & 2:

  • Theatre: 40
  • Cabaret: 25
  • Boardroom: 15

Suitable for meetings and training.

These two meeting rooms on the ground floor can be opened up to make a larger space.

This room works well either by itself for smaller events, or as a breakout space for the Conference Hall.

All our rooms have free Wi-Fi, an Eco-heating/cooling system and are fully accessible. 

Equipment and services included in the room cost are below and should be booked in advance:

- use of TV screen

- set up technician upon arrival

-1 flipchart with pad and pens.

You are very welcome to arrange your own catering. However we offer full catering through our catering partner, Lovage Project, who can provide nutritious and delicious food and drinks for any event, meeting or occasion. 

Menus include vegetarian, vegan, halal and a wide range of ethnic food. In addition, all tea, coffee and sugar is fair trade.
