What defines the ‘post-truth’, present moment?
Uncertainty, global awareness, fear of the future, distrust and retreat… a tendency for birds of a feather to flock together?
The artworks in this exhibition at London’s new centre for social justice, The Foundry, bring a special awarenes of the times we inhabit, drawing attention to complex relationships in the way that art has the unique ability to do.

Equalities Work is the new charity based at The Foundry to engage the public through joint working between campaigning, advocacy, education, advice and arts organisations. Equalities Work has linked with neighbouring arts charity Beaconsfield Gallery Vauxhall, an arts organisation established in 1994 for the development and presentation of contemporary art.
This is the third exhibition curated by Beaconsfield especially for the context of The Foundry: a place for change. Previous exhibitions have been:
